I'm Jack. For years I was the customer, sitting on the other side of the emails, waiting on quotes and wondering why something so simple had to be so hard.

I'm Jack. I build the app your business actually needs.

23 years in IT. 16 running my own hardware and IT company. I've managed ERP rollouts and process mapping projects for businesses of every size. I started banny because I was tired of watching small businesses pay too much, wait too long, and end up with something that did not fit them.

Every time I needed a website for one of my businesses, the same thing happened. Weeks of emails before anything got started. A quote by the day, so nobody could tell me what the final bill would be. Questions I could not answer about logos, photos and copy. Then months of silence, and a site that did not quite do the one thing I wanted, which was bring in work.

I kept thinking, somebody should just take this off my hands. Ask me about my business, tell me the price, and get on with it. Nobody was doing that, so I did.

My background

I've spent 23 years in the IT industry, 16 of them running my own IT and hardware company. I've managed and implemented ERP rollouts, process-mapping projects and IT infrastructure across businesses of every size — from a one-van trade to companies with hundreds of staff.

What I love is making a business run more efficiently — time saved, stress removed, better profit margins. That's the whole point of good software.
