Is the build price really fixed?
Yes. You get a written proposal with the pages, the features and the price before you commit. If you later want something outside that scope, we price it separately so nothing lands on your invoice as a surprise.
Do I have to take the monthly care plan?
No. The build price stands on its own and you own everything. Most people take care at £50 a month because it covers hosting, security, backups and the small changes that always come up.
How quickly can my website be live?
A five page website is usually live in five to seven days once I have your content. A website plus app is normally ten to fourteen days.
What is included in the app on the £999 package?
Your own logged in app for bookings, customers, leads and notifications. It is the same platform I run for my other clients, set up for how your business works.
How does SEO pricing work?
SEO is a monthly retainer starting at £250. It covers your local area, your Google Business Profile, on page work every month and keyword tracking, with reports weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whichever you prefer.
Can I cancel?
Any month. Care and SEO are rolling monthly. If it is not working for you, you should not be paying for it.
Do I own the website and the app?
Yes. The code, the content, the data and the domain are yours. If we ever parted ways you take all of it with you.
