FAQs

What does the IT Director service cost?+

From £1,000 a month. That includes ten hours of my time every month, on a rolling monthly agreement you can cancel any month.

What if I need more than ten hours in a month?+

We agree it before the work starts and extra hours are billed at the same rate. Some months come in under ten, some over, and most clients settle into a rhythm within two or three months.

Is it really just you?+

Yes. You work with me directly. When a job needs a specialist I bring one in and manage them, so you are never handed to a junior.

Can this replace my current IT supplier?+

Often it sits above them. I hold your suppliers to account and make the decisions in your interest, and if one is not pulling its weight I will tell you.

Does the build work come out of the hours?+

Website and app builds are priced separately as fixed price projects, so your director hours stay focused on strategy, oversight and moving projects forward.
