The challenge
Farms were tracking feed costs and milk price in a spreadsheet that only one person knew how to update. Margin per litre, the number that actually matters, was not visible day to day, and there was no public site to explain the tool or sign up new users.
What we built
A public website that explains the tool and lets farms create an account, connected to a focused dashboard built around margin per litre. Add today's milk price, log feed costs, see the margin live, and export a monthly PDF for the bank or the accountant.
