The challenge
LPK were running a UK facilities business out of five disconnected tools: a website nobody could update, jobs in spreadsheets, customer chats in WhatsApp, partner work tracked by email and invoices in a separate system. Nothing talked to anything, so reporting meant copy pasting on a Sunday.
What we built
We replaced the lot with a single platform: a public marketing site, staff back office, internal CRM, customer portal, sub contractor partner portal and an installable PWA so the team could update jobs from their phones on site. One login, one source of truth.
