Every step has been thought about. The owner has watched it, measured it, and removed everything that isn't needed. The result feels effortless because the effort happened months ago, off-stage.
Most UK businesses are the opposite. The effort happens live, every day, by stressed people firefighting. Nothing has been removed, so everything gets touched, every time.
